In general, projects may have milestones which span across 3 to 6 months. In such scenarios, even though the project team has spent money on the implementation, they are unable to update. We have added an update button functionality in the actual cost section at regular intervals while the milestone is in progress. This will give the true picture to NGO Head and Finance Head about the amount that has been spent in the field.
